  1.                 Roll Credits New Button Action

  4. This New Button Action allows you to automatically scroll a text
  5. field. One obvious use  for this would be to scroll through a list
  6. of credits much like at the end of a motion picture.
  7.  
  8. The options for the New Button Action are:
  9.  
  10. Name:    Enter the name of the field to scroll. You can give a field
  11.         a name by selecting a field and choosing 'Edit this object'
  12.         from the Edit menu. 
  13.  
  14. Number of steps: Enter the number of scroll steps the field should 
  15.                 perform. Enter zero to scroll to the very end of the
  16.                 field.
  17.  
  18. Speed:    Enter then number of scroll steps that should occur in a second.
  19.         Use the 'Test Speed' button to get a feel for the various speeds.
  20.  
  21. Scroll lines: Choosing this option will cause the scroll to occur one
  22.                 text line at a time, regardless of the font size. 
  23.  
  24. Scroll pixels: Choosing this option will cause the field to scroll the
  25.                 specified number of pixels each step. Use this option
  26.                 for finer control over the scrolling.
  27.  
  28. # of pixels:    Enter the number of pixels the field should scroll each
  29.                 step. A value of 1 or 2 will give smooth scrolling for
  30.                 an average size font. Other values might be used to scroll
  31.                 large fonts at something other than a line at a time.
